How big is the campground, including hiking areas?

It's NOT flat in Eastern Iowa, campgrounds total about 20 acres including the RV park and tent sites, approximately 80 acres are wilderness including: bluffs, a river and beaches. We encourage campers to explore everything our Eastern Iowa campgrounds have to offer: walk, run, hike, bike!


What's in the area, aside from Iowa camping?

Cascade, Iowa is located in the heart of the Eastern Iowa Wine Trail only 25 minutes from Dubuque's National Mississippi River Museum and Heritage Trail. We have 9 Golf Courses within a 20 mile radius and are just 15 minutes South of the Field of Dreams movie site.


Do you offer seasonal campgrounds memberships?

Yes, we offer Iowa seasonal campgrounds memberships and monthly camping rates. Call us to ask about our monthly and annual RV campgrounds rates.


Are reservations required?

Campground reservations are suggested, but not required. 50% of our RV campsites are on a first come, first serve basis.


What do I do after I submit the form for a reservation?

After sumitting your request via our Reservation Form, we will be notifying you by email the status of your request. If approved, follow the "pay for my reservation" link in the email to pay for your site using paypal. Reservations are finalized when full payment is made (all this info is included in the confirmation email).
